A video in France stirred a lot of controversy when an animal rights group forcefully took the puppy in the arms of a homeless owner. 
The activist group, Cause Animale Nord, pin down a homeless man and steals his dog. As you can see in the video below, the puppy is terrified as the group steals the puppy away from the owner. The owner of the puppy struggles to take back what's his, but failed.
In defense to the video, the activists claimed that they believe the man was druggng the puppy and using it as a part of a scam to be for money.
The homeless man denies such accusations that the pup was being mistreated or in poor health.
