Great customer service and product! I ordered a medium and an extra large but the medium didn't fit quite right. I called and left a message and it was answered and resolved the next day. Robes fit great!

Bought two of the multipurpose drying robes. One in blue and one in gray. Both colors are beautiful. The robes are extremely well-made and look like they’ll last forever! Would certainly buy again.
The robe was great, however even though I measured my mastiff’s neck I failed to account for the large size of her head. This robe is sewn together at the neck, so is not adjustable in any way and therefore must slip over her head and she wouldn’t tolerate me squeezing it over her eyes so I didn’t push it. I would have loved for it to work as it was so nice. I might recommend considering a style that velcros underneath the neck so as to be adjustable. My dog does gladly accept her bright orange hunting vest she wears to not be mistaken for a deer when we’re walking in deer season. As a side note, I am a fan of Plush Paw’s other products, particularly their car seat covers and have enjoyed them for about 3 years.
